Equality Objectives

Gilmour Primary School is committed to equality of opportunity for all members of our school community. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty, we aim to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and foster good relations between individuals who share a protected characteristic and those who do not. We publish our Equality Policy and Equality Objectives to demonstrate how we are working to remove barriers to learning, promote inclusion and ensure all pupils can achieve and feel safe, valued and respected within our school.
